Rosetta Stone My Account Interface Redesign

Rosetta Stone's learner account pages were outdated and full of usability pain points. It was brought to light when an increasing amout of call center inquiries were directly about current language learners wanting to modify, update or purchase more features for their accounts.

GOALS

The first concern is that user account information needed to be presented clearly and without confusing the customer. They needed to know exactly which products they have purchased and how much time they had left for their subscription services.
